Socal, I like you, but I call BS on that entire statement. I make my way around the tech sections alot, and I never see anyone get flamed for asking advice, ever. If you truly think you are being flamed or harassed then why don't you let us mods do our jobs and let us know? If you don't let us know and let the flaming contribute then you are just as guilty as the ones flaming.

And you talk about how you used to love this site? You joined in August, 4 months? Come on, MM has not changed a bit in 4 months.

Im gonna have to agree with weems. I like you too you know that but going in the tech sections and asking wont get you bashed or anything. Ive asked some random shit before and usually dont get retarded answers. Now if your like some of the retards on this site, and we all know who they are, then obviously they get bashed cuz they dont deserve an answer. If someone does give you shit, of course like weems and everyone else said, talk to a mod, if they give you attitude because you asked a simple question, thell them to fuck off and ask someone else. If someone would rather post bullshit in the tech section, they dont deserve to be there. I post bs sumtimes, jokingly, as well as everyone else, but if they clearly arent contributing, then just ignore them and dont let it get to you. I say screw the other forums, and give MM a shot. Your part of the forum, might as well use it for what its for. My 2 cents..

I have follwed mm since before i joined, my best friend is a member here and he is the one who convinced me to join, so i kno what it was like a while ago, so i may not have been a member, but i have followed this site for a while now. i said people make me feel stupid, i never said i personally get bashed, i said i have seen people get bashed for what they say, and iam not gonna put myself in that position. o and White_Fang, 'he' is a she fanks!

flaming in tech threads is very small, if any. Very rarely do i ever see someone say "are you serious" when a question is asked, and that was on "how do you change spark plugs". Even then, there were 50 responses giving great sound advice. Maybe some of us are just too emotional.
