Alright, well i read the bbox thread from hourofpain. MM is falling apart, lots of drama. So here in session number 1 we shall go over talking nice to eachother and giving eachother compliments. Kind words friends. No Flaming, any flaming you can GTFO and i will deal with you personally!!!!!!!

Anywho, time starts NOW!!!!!!

Well since the bbox has started we have lost more membership then ever due to the fact that everyone is trying to see whose got the largest e-kawk (which by the way i do

Counseling isn't about telling everyone to make nice. It's about creating an environment where people feel comfortable to speak their mind and using that discussion to find the root of the problem.

So, is it the loss of members that you are concerned about, or something else?

I'm quite the carefree kind of guy so even when everything seems to turn to crap I just smile and make the best of the situation.

Granted, i do beleive that the burnout box has started a shit ton of arguments, i dont think that any of them hurt this site. It weeds out members like white fang and allows "no so up to date" members aware of those who are full of shit and should stay away from. Plus, i am all about laying things on the table. This way everything is out in the open and grudges usually end.

Plus, its really nice to go into the BB and let supermachone how much i hate his rotten sticken guts.
