Ive had steam for quite some time, and play it every once in a while. The only games I really play are CS 1.6 and DOD 1.3 (non-source) and for single player the half-life 2 series.

LOL.. I bought cs-source when it first hit the shelves (it shipped with HL2) Besides the graphics and some random junk in the maps that you can mess with, (shooting at objects) It didnt seem like enough of a difference from 1.6 to make me want to play it instead of 1.6...

cs:source is much better than cs 1.6

the weapons have a different "feel"

for instance, the scout is now the fastest gun in the game (meaning you run fastest with it) which gives you a significant advantage over awps, one that you don't necessarily have in 1.6. also, pistols and SMGs are a lot more deadly, there's actually a point to having them even when you have the money to buy an ak or awp (for you newbs that NEED to have one of either)

also, to find ur account name, go to ur friends list and hit view:settings

go to the account tab at the top and it'll say ur account name, which is what we use to add each other lol

my scout game needs work.. i used to go like 50-20 in games like that with the scout cuz i wud shoot so fast.. now i can barely go 5-20 lol

yeah...free for alls is a little too much for me. majority of the time when you spawn someone is around to kill you. regular team deathmatch is usually all right
