My Bathroom Remodel - Before and After

All work was done by myself except for some of the plumbing and tile, I enlisted the help of my buddies for that.

Before (I forgot to take some while the old bathroom was still intact, but the tile around the tub was midway up the walls around the whole room before.)

Sexpedition full of crap.

After

It is still not 100% done. I still have to put up trim, fix the drywall by the light switch, and refinish the door.

Thanks man. It did for sure. It has gone up nearly $150k in the past two years with the addition of a pool, tile throughout the downstairs and the addition of a custom kitchen, plus the bathroom.

It is a great feeling knowing I didn't pay a cent of labor.

In the second pic you can see how all the wood is wet. It was all rotten behind the shower enclosure so all of that had to be replaced. It took some fancy cutting with a circular saw to cut the bad wood out. There if a brick wall on one of the walls so I couldn't get to it from the out side. Thankfully I could one one side, but that required $80 in cedar siding.

It is. I know it sounds gay, but it is really relaxing to take a hot bath. All the jets in there feel awesome.

I am 6' so I can't lay flat in it, but it isn't uncomfortable.
