I already made one thread, but this is more to the point.

I am going to be building a custom bicycle for Breast Cancer Awareness.

I have almost everything picked out except for the grips, and seat.

Grips I would like to be pink or white. I want them to look nice as well.

And as for the seat I would like a women style PLAIN pink bicycle seat.

If you guys can find these it would be much appreciated.

Now I am going to be putting this bike up for auction at one of the Relay for Life events, and all the proceeds will go towards breast cancer research.

So far this bike will be a 1 of 1, but if it goes well I will build more if people are willing to buy them just this bike will be recognized as the first.

Just waiting on relay for life to email me back about how to get this setup for the auction at one of the events. If they don't do it I will find another way to do it, but no matter what all proceeds from the auction will go to breast cancer research.

I will be updating this thread as it goes on by, and will also have pictures of the build once it's finalized.

I dunno if those bike grips will work I need them to have a 1" diameter...and it's not saying anything. If the grips do work I might go with them.

Perhaps a local upholstery shop would be willing to cover a seat with a pink vinyl for free if you put a logo on it for their shop, or you could just pay a shop to cover the seat if you cannot find a solid pink seat.

this bike is nowhere intended to be raced. it's going to be a crusier/lowrider thats why I'm looking for a real comfortable woman style seat.

Thanks for the donation. I will let everyone where, and when once it all is finalized. I feel really good about this idea. Any raised money will be good money from auction.

That sounds like a good idea. What color is the frame? What wheels are on it?

It's going to be painted pink and on the "tank" will have the white ribbon on both sides.

I'm going with 20" 68 spoke wheels. I'm going to have the spokes either powdercoated or painted pink, but keep the hub assembly, axles, all that fun stuff, and the rim itself plain

I was going to suggest pink spokes if you had not already done that. You seem to have this project under pretty good control. Good luck with it.

I do need to find a good place to do the custom painting, and some good pink/white paint, and a place to do powder coating and match the pink paint im gonna use.
