yeah man, his left hook is still nasty too. But pound for pound pacquiao IMO is the best fighter. Its a tough one to predict.

speaking of his left hook. check out this vid about 1:00 into it. i watched this fight on pey per view. fargas talked shit all the way up to the time of fight. saying shit like oscar's not a real mexican

Manny Pachio or however its spelled is surprisingly smart... he will figure out de la hoya's tendencies early... I am gonna be waiting for the second that manny figures out when de la hoya drops his guard after a combo or something and he will wait until his turn to devestate de la hoya... but things could look up for de la hoya if he hurts pachio early...

I wish De la Hoya and Mayweather would have fought in De la Hoyas prime. That would have been a good fight. I was rather disappointed in that fight. De la Hoya didn't use his jab hardly at all. Mayweather is fast as hell though

heck yeah that wouldve been a good fight! mayweather is a fast mofo, he's my favorite boxer and thats where it ends, i cant stand that guy outside the ring. i wanted to see mayweather fight miguel cotto, but i think mayweather wouldve picked him apart too.

Mayweather is an amazing guy to watch box, but yeah...leading up to the De La Hoya fight, they showed all the "Behind-the-scenes" stuff with him and his crew at the gym and stuff, and man, that is an ignorant family. Even just listening to his trainer in the corner between rounds I was like

I really like De la Hoya, always have...but I don't see him winning this fight.

As much as I hate to say it, I think it's time for him to hang up the gloves. Along with Roy Jones Jr. The sport has passed them by now.

Definitely. And I don't get their comments.

It's like after EVERY SINGLE FIGHT, people say they're going to retire, then they lose 6 or 7 more fights.

I could only think that it's the money, and getting pounded in the bean for so many years, they don't really have many choices outside of the ring other than commentating or throwing apple pies in the microwave at McDonalds.
