Good luck, i had 2 foot surgerys with 3 month+ recovery (couldn't attempt to walk for 3 months) Then rehab. Was good times...

5 weeks doesn't sound to bad though! Whats being done?

Wishing you a speedy recovery from the surgery. I tore up my foot on the wheel of a 4 wheeler as a kid (more of a 3rd degree burn) It was not fun to get around on 1 foot, especially as a little kid.

Your feets are important... Take good care of them and they'll get you where you need to go.

Something small like that would be perfect... my plan was to put whatever it is (if small enough) on a necklace for my son. I told him about it and he thought that was cool as shit. If its too big, its going on a plaque.

I don't know why I didn't think of this earlier, but I have a few empty casings from F-15 rounds. I'll send you one of those. You can do what you want with that. A lot of people that get them polish them real good with real fine sandpaper, then cut the top off and make shot glasses. When they're polished real good, they look chrome. I'll also send you something small for that necklace. I didn't know that's what you were going to do. I thought you were just gonna have a screw sitting on your fireplace.

How does that sound?

Nah, it's not too bad. Don't worry about the shipping. I'll cover that man. I'll talk to some guys and see if I can scounge up an A-10 round too. Those are little more difficult to come by here, since we only have 2, and they don't live-fire that often. I'll send a couple emails out right now. I'll try to get the other round and trinket out sometime this week. PM me your address again man.
