Looking for anyone who lives in or near Vero Beach, FL, and wondering if they go or used to go to any tracks in the local area.

Never heard of a track in Vero, most either go to OSW or Bradenton.

There is Orlando Speedworld Dragway and Palm Beach International Raceway (formerly Moroso Motorsports Park). Both are about an hour and a half away, Orlando north, and Palm beach south.

Sounds right from what I remember. Anyway, I was thinking about this on the ride home last night from buying the new car, when I bought my bike from this dude in Vero Beach, he had a notch in the garage, think it was a 91 (not sure) but it was light blue. He had the entire cab gutted out and had his intercooler sitting in the passenger seat. Full roll cage. I think he had some turbos on it or something, but either way he was telling me he drags it and he is putting 1400 ho to the wheels. This was back in '03, and I really didn't know much about modding then. I was just amazed at that number. Soooooo, I wanted to see if anyone who lives down there ever goes to the tracks that he would have or may have and has seen this beast? If so, post up! Interested in a vid or pics.

I dont think so Vero Beach is like a retirement community.

Yes it is sort of. This guy lived in the outskirts and I cant remember the name of the town.....think it started with an S.

Ha found it. He lived in Sebastian Fl. Anyway, Vero is close, so anyone near there would know the tracks and would possibly see or have seen it.
