Selling on craigslist

Okay.. I posted an ad on there yesterday (about 525 pm) trying to sell some guitar stuff.. Since then I've got swamped with ppl wanting to buy the stuff.. My question is.. how the hell do i pick who to sell it to.. lol.. my dad says i need to try to see who will give me the most for it, but i dont want to seem like a jerk for backing out of my original price (which was reallly low..) suggestions?

Is shipping included in the price? If so see who its cheapest to ship too ( or if ones local go with that ). Other than that, just simply tell them that you have several offers and if the are interested in it @ $xxx you would be happy to sell it.

first make sure none are scams, when I sold mine only 2 of the about 40 offers werent scammers

how do i make sure none are scammers.. half of them have left phone numbers and times that they could meet me and other questions

id say the ones that gave you contact info probably wont be scams.

I say first call gets the first chance. Make sure payment clears first with peeps you dont know before you ship.
