Think you could see it if you went through the trunk? I.E. take all the panels out of the trunk... You should be able to see it maybe that way.
I'm not sure if the liner that's behind the rear seats covers that up though or not. I forget from when I had my rear trunk out to replace the shocks.

dude, we tried to come up with a game plan and just epically failed. me and my friend just wound up tearing into the top and once we got to the point of no return, it was cake. everything prior to that was a bitch
go figure |

i will tell u this much, there are only 6 bolts holding that top down, the rest are screw's and clips........
2 of the 6 bolts are star tipped bolts, and impossible to get to with the back seat in. We couldn't figure out how to release the seat, and tried getting at the bolt from behind, and lost 2 sockets and my friend ripped his arm open...... we were about to take fire to it (with only about an inch of working room) when we went in and asked my friends step dad for his impact gun an attachtments. We explained the situation, and within 10 minutes he had my back seat out and the star bolts loosened. one we got those 2 bolts out, it was a walk in the park, almost like building a lego car |

Damn, it looks great man! I want a new top now!
Where did you get the top? I especially like that it's a one piece...those look so man good on the mustangs. I'm glad they are doing them non the newer models. I can't believe I didn't find this thread when I searched earlier....then posted a thread with very similar qeustions. My bad there to the moderators. Anyways, thanks for the tips. I'm really thinking of getting a one peice top like that. My top is fine, no holes/rips/stains. but it is origional and getting kind of faded. and I think it would look very sharp with new one peice like yours. Ok, off to do my breaks. |
