Need Some Help With Part #'s and a "How To"

Getting my top replaced this Wednesday, and I've got a couple pieces of trim that I'm wanting to get replaced as they are rusty/faded.

#1 The Metal Strap Across the front header seal. Can't find it anywhere. If someone has a part number for me, I'd greatly appreciate it. This thing has rusted beyond belief. Worst case scenario, I can sand it down and put on some Rustoleum.

#2 This part has faded pretty bad. I'm trying to find out how to remove it. I got the rear panel off, and took off the nut on the inside, but it seems to get stuck where the rear window is. Anyone know how to completely remove this?

Okay, gotta quote from Ford on the phone
$60 Each Side Quarter
$47 Rear

They couldn't find the part number for the metal strap on the header seal.
