I dont know of any shop. I know this sounds strange but maybe check with like a local seamstress or something. Who knows, if you give them some measurements. Its just material stitching and some buttons right?
I have seen some cool "hard" covers online. I would assume you can paint those any color you can imagine.

ya, they cost a buttload... at least on my budget. I seen one on a kit that was so sweet. It covered the backseats as well so it was real smooth all the way to the bumper.
