traction/suspension help for my 06 GT vert

I am looking for suggestions and ideas for the suspension upgrades I need.I have installed a KB 2.6 SC and I am going to have to get traction somehow.I am going to run it at the strip this spring. I don't drive it much on the street but I want to keep it street-able.

Upper and lower control arms and some sticky tires.
