exhaust noise

Hey fellas, I just posted this question in the exhaust forum too, but do any of you vert owners have experience with soundproofing? I'm wondering if I soundproof my trunk, would it make a significant difference in the interior noise from my Magnaflows? Or would it take a complete soundproofing? If it will, I'm not going to bother -- don't want all the extra weight and the expenses.

yeah it might a little but probably not to much i have flowmaster super 44's run out the back and there not to bad to me but i also love the sound if you do decided to sound proof it theres some good stuff on ebay under installation products under car electronics
