It is finally here, a complete fuel system for your 03-04 Cobra. This fuel system is designed to support 800HP safely and includes everything necessary for a complete fuel system swap. From the electronics to the injectors it is all here!!

To start the piece of the puzzle we have the Fore Precision Works Billet Fuel Hat and Ford GT Pumps. We chose the Fore Hat because it is the best way to run Dual Ford GT Fuel Pumps. This Fuel Hat allows a -8AN Fitting to be used without having to weld or modify your stock Fuel Hat which can lead to leaks, and other unecessary failures. We then opted for the Ford GT Fuel Pumps as they are the highest flowing fuel pumps for a returnless style fuel system and thus the reason Ford uses them on the Ford GT Supercar.

Coming out of the Fuel Hat we run a -8AN Stainless Steel Braided Line to a Magnafuel High Flow Fuel Filter. This ensures any dirt or debris is kept out of your engine. We then contine running the fuel line all the way to an aluminum Y-Fitting. From the Y-Fitting the fuel line will then be run to each fuel rail.

The Fuel Rails we use are again of the highest quality, are billet aluminum and are also made by Fore Precision Works. Attached to these high flowing fuel rails are Siemens Deka 63lb/hr USCAR Injectors. These injectors do not require any injector harness and will clip right into your factory harness.

To complete the fuel system we have included a Zone-5 Stage 2 Fuel Pump Driver Module and Kenne Bell Boost-A-Pump. The Zone-5 FPDM replaces the stock FPDM to prevent it from going into thermal shutdown. We also included a Kenne Bell Boost-A-Pump, this will allow maximum flow out of your Ford GT Fuel Pumps without causing any reliability issues but still giving you an extra window of safety to achieve your goals.
