Too many variables man. Basically the easiest way to say is to slip your clutch at a higher rpm (around 2,000 is normally a nice one), but a tad bit slower (to keep from spinning tires).

Little tricks that can help:

Take the front sway bar off for better weight transfer.

Lower the PSI in the rears a slight bit and raise the front tire PSI a little bit.

Take out all your seats, hell even the passenger seat, spare, jack, all of it.

Sit at the lines at about 1600 or so and then ease the clutch up while giving it a bit of throttle and you should come out of the hole at about 3000 or so.

last weekend (2/7/09) my buddy raced a mach w/ the same mods as him and that guy took everything off, all the seats and trunk stuff and it saved about a tenth of a second off his time. to me, all that work is not worth a tenth off the time. i run my car full weight w/ spare, jack everything. shit, i dont drive a honda were i have to strip everything out of my car to get moving

drag radials, the play with it. I always pop the clutch at different rpms and floor it at the same time to find the right takeoff. purty much trial and error, and also depends on the weather.
