My 2010 Experience: Mustang Payback

Hey there everyone,

As some of you know, I was chosen as one of six winners for The '10 Unleashed promotion from FORD.

My story is called MUSTANG PAYBACK.

I had submitted my Mustang dream to Ford's "The '10 Unleashed" campaign. My Mustang dream was to race my Auto Shop Teacher on the drag strip in a pair of 2010 Mustang GT's. My dream became reality when Ford Motor Company built two specially prepared 2010 Mustang GT drag cars to race at the Maryland International Raceway in front of a packed house (20,000+ people, including the nation).

Then FORD announced something even more exciting: the winner of the race would take home a brand new 2010 Mustang GT. The first racer to win twice would win the new Mustang. Pinks host Rich Christensen did the honors and started each race with the drop of his arms. Check out the video to see who won the 2010 Mustang GT.

did you just get a stock 2010 mustang? or you got the drag car?

the drag car would be cool. but being a student and young you would be better of with the stock 2010.

very cool that they put this on. Ford spent ALOT of money doing a promotion like that.
