Quickest/fastest full weight bolt-on only 2v?

Alright what is it? By full weight I mean all stock intireor in place. K-member and arms are ok just nothing taken off the car. And by bolt-ons I mean just that. Stock h/c and stock bottom end.

i'm not sure on an actual record. stock shocks, struts, etc???

I just mean nothing taken out of the car. Deadmat,seats,spare,ac,ect. As long as whatever is taken out is replaced by a similar/lighter product i.e.light wieght carpet,carbon hood/trunk,lighter suspension parts.

i dont think anyone ever thought of looking for that. most "bolt on" 2v's that go for what they can usually have seat delete, remove spare, bolt ons, k-member, coil overs, big and littles, gears, etc. a stock long block car that is fully set up can go low 12's.
