Dont know if he has sports package or not i have 2001 with headers, full exhast, h pipe CAI 8.8 rear with posi and 410 hes has exhast intake i think thats it how much hp does he have and how much does it weigh

i had a 2000 stock v6 before my gt, it ran 15.6 stock. i raced a 6 in my sisters vw and the 6 went 15.8 if i remember right, it been a couple years ago. if you can hook you should be able to take it.
