i cant remember which v6 is in that model but if its the same 3800 in the 2000 (brother has one) then you might be in for a lose.

the chevy is running the 3.8. He has 40 horses on you. You will lose is your stock.

not sure on the 97 vs a 96 I think you could take it I know the 99-04 can take any v6 camaro easy.

nah, the 97 stang is about 40 hp weaker than the camaro. the 99-04 stangs have about a 10hp advange on the camaro.

on that one maybe I know the 98+ camaros have 200 horses to our 190 and we still stomp them chevy took away performance from the 6 to meet all of gm's gas saver crap it is hard to make a v6 maro hit the 14's

how long do you think it will take me to install the super charger. and what parts should i change in the engine so they can handle the power. Lol this supercharger almost cost me more than the Mustang. But it's pretty rewarding to beat Chevys.

guessing you got the vortech from them how mush boost does it produce? Also you probably need to get it professionally installed and tuned and will probably need forged internals if your running more than 7 psi or over 90k miles
