im helping a friend sell his mustang and figured you guys may be a little more in tune with what a car like this is going for and what would help sell it. I will say up front this is by no means a race ready car. It needs a roll cage and seat belts along with a few other minor things, but the motor is great as is the suspension. Here is a short list of some of the things on it, let me know what you guys think I could get for this thing and what you think would need to be done to it to help it sell faster.

this car is FAST. The interior is currently gutted, all of the stuff is there minus the frame that the steering column bolts to. This was done to install a roll cage, but we lost interest in it so it has to go. I have the reciepts from the engine work and it totaled $12,683.60 in 2007. This car has been sitting for the past 5-6 months.

the last time the car was raced it ran low 11's, it has since had the suspension tuned and a few items upgraded, it should easily be good for low 10's and even 9's with boost. the lower on the motor was built to run around 1200hp, so there is PLENTY of room to grow if that's your thing


im shooting for somewhere in the neighborhood of 10K just to move it out of my shop. too low? just right?

the headers alone were $3500 guess we will be caging it and hitting the tracks

show quality? for 10 k it better be a show winner (or at least have an interior.................). seriously though, look thru some classifieds, you should be able to come up with a more reasonable price.

is it a gt or cobra? i know you said a 94 gt but it has a cobra front bumper and badge

it is a GT but has a Cobra hood and bumpers. interior is junk, wouldnt take much to get it cleaned up, but he cut the frame that the steering wheel bolts to, so i cant really get it put back together and driveable. I have really been pushing the sale as buy the motor and trans and get the car free. he has over $20K invested in parts in the past few years. im just trying to get rid of it for him since it is in my shop taking up valuable room!
