exhaust and a CAI and your out of cash. Any low end ricer would probably be the best things for you to start against. Old hondas and eclispes.

I hate to ask so many questions but just curious, have you any idea how much extra horsepower those mods would give me?

those mods wont cost 500bucks if he plays his cards right.. idk where all of you go but i have never heard of a muffler shop charging 400 bucks for a simple true dual catback conversion lol.. around here its like 150-200 and thats for a extremely good job.. cai will run you 50 bucks from ebay.. which will total out to about 5hp (if your lucky) but with 500 bucks i would either just get rims or if you wanna be fast save alittle more and buy a gear and pinion set w/ a t-lok and have that installed.. ( which will make you ALOT faster, in this case you gain no HP but you get the sensation that you just gained about 50hp)

even old hondas and eclipses can beat him...just have a gutted car...and a lil bit of power and they're quick....also hondas with H22's would beat him....GST eclipse or GSX have turbos but its hard to hear them...I would just save and save and but a SC kit used if you need to or do split port.....a M90 with a different pulley would give some nice power since u have a 95 im sure sum1 has a custom fab'd one around someplace

hp wise about 10-15% max, for the biggest bang for your buck though in the start then get t loc and gears, you would need to save some more money though
