times are right and the driver is good but unless those heads r gt40 or better i dont see someone trapping 103 without serious weight reduction

Stock long block maybe. I'd put money on there is atleast a 200lb weight reduction along with full bolt-ons and full suspension.

from what i have read a fox with a completely bone stock motor can run 12s with just, gutted interior(major weight reduction), 4.30 gears, and slicks

I have to agree with Kenny, 103 MPH is high for a stock 5.0.
