Alabama problem....

So if you pull up dragstrips in Alabama you'll notice the entire state is pretty much dominated by 1/8 mile tracks. Whudda crock of shit in my book! But anywho, is there any way of somewhat converting 1/8 mile times to 1/4 mile times??? Everybody always asks, "What does she run in the quarter?!" Then I have to feel like a dumbass and explain to people how there is no 1/4 mile tracks in my area......any help guys? Sorry if this sounds like a dumb question.

bham guy here, shortly chilton county race way will be converted from 1/8th to 1/4, pavement is there, just waiting on the timing equipment.

IF you look online, you can find calculators that will get you close.

I remember someone sayin soemthing about multiply your 1/8th time by 1.56 or something like that and you can get it close
