That run seems bad for 315 dr? My GT is bone stock and I just have 275 nitto nt-555's and I cut 2.2 60 fts and a 9.4 1/8 et.

I know......thats what makes me wanna light my car on fire?!?!? before the 4.10's, on bald DR i ran a 9.0 but it was at Kennedale. And ran an 8.9 at Denton Raceway.

and would you believe me if i told you that my 60ft were better also. (its true unfortunately) they were consistently at 2.0 (which still isnt good...i know i know)

Ive never been to yello belly before sat but the track was like an old street turn dragstrip. i hate not taking the blame if it was my fault but my times were consistent....im gona blame the track this time though

Ive went to yellow belly once and will NEVER go back. I thought i was gonna get stabbed a couple times. You have to damn near run over 100 people to get to the waterbox and people are like a foot away from your car when you launch.

ya its legit man. I go to a local track where I have to just slip the clutch out otherwise my 60's just blow. 8.9 is pretty legit though. My best 1/4 is 14.5 and I keep running that multiple times...I wanna get into the 13s

I think that you have way too much pressure in the tires to hook, for one.

And those springs are probably killing your launches too (too stiff to get any kind of weight transfer).

Lower the pressure to 20PSI or maybe even 16PSI and try it that way - you'll do much better coming off the line.

thanks man, im going to try between 16-18psi on friday and see how that works out.
Denton Raceway is also a 100% better track and personally, im sure i'll be able to run better times there.
