Ford ranger 1/4 mile...


Guy here at my dealership isa lube tech and hes like 50. says he had a 4cyl Ranger 2.3 2wd says he gets 13.6 in the 1/4. I am still having a hrd time not laughing...

If he put a turbo coupe set-up on the truck it could be a possibility to run a 14.6 in the 1/4...But that would be with him sprikling all his magic fairy dust on it...

hey its possible to get 13's in the 1/4 in a 4 banger ranger of course he would have to start out at the 1/8 mile with a running start but still

I didnt really do much but laugh as hard and as loud as i could. Me and another guy in my shop he has a 00 Firehawk both run the 1/4 all the time and he didnt say it to me. But we overheard him saying it. And we almost died. Im sure it will be brought up at a lunch meeting

I should bring my voice recorder and let you guys hear the conversation.
