Msd 2 step won't reset

Ok got my 2 step installed works but after the launch it still stays at theset limit what did I do wrong and the led light stays on all the time. Thanks in advance

swithch the 2 big plugs on the harness going into the control unit.

yea, i did that. called msd tech they said it had to be a problem with my clutch wires. if that was so wouldnt i have issues with my cruise ect.?? ran out of time going racing. i just hooked up a toggle switch and gonna try it that way until i can figure whats wrong. When i switched plugs around no change wierd.
