I officially ran 10's today!!!.....
....In the 1/8th mile
![]() I finally built up the guts to take my car for a spin down the track, and was kinda happy at my times. I ran 4 times tonight for a best time of 10.360@67.38 I had a slow ass reaction time of .429 and a 60' of 2.344. Not too bad, For my first 3 runs a ran against an 02 GT auto and he was consistently about a second and 10mph faster than me. So yeah I had fun at the local test and tune and hopefully will get those times down a little bit.

Awesome man, the track is a lot of fun! your reaction was not TOO bad, but has room for improvement. That 60' is about average though.
The first time I went, my 60' was the same, and that was with a reaction of .1 lol. Here are my stats from the first time I went to the track on bald tires and no mods at all. .00 ----- Dial in .1364 -----Reaction 2.3692 -----60 FT 6.9439 -----330 FT 10.6701 -----1/8 ET 66.65 -----1.8 MPH 13.8268 -----1000 ET 73.78 ----- 1000 MPH 16.6214 ----- 1/4 ET 83.27 -----1/4 MPH .5970 -- FINISH MARGIN I'd like to see what I run now with all my mods.

yeah i was pretty suprised at how well the car did with just the few things i have in it, there was a guy with an 01 v6 auto running high 11's and sometimes even low 12's. But yeah I plan on doing it alot more and getting my reaction time down a good bit, my best one of the night was .251, not great but whatever, that was actually my slowest time because i was 'testing' and dropped it from the neutral rev limiter

yeah I was pretty suprised myself what they were running compared to me, it didnt look like they had anything done to their car's almost at all...but I really dont have anything to brag about eigther but I do like to think I know how to drive my car really well. who know's, I raced an older integra for my last run and lost
i really wish i woulda beat that thing it was sucha goddamn rice rocket...that time i ran a 10.546@66.29 and had him on the 60ft w/2.518 where he ran a 10.196@72.19 w/2.531 60ft. I guess the vtech kicked in

Not too bad. I ran a 10.3 in the 1/8th according to my slips the first time at the track in bad weather.
I had a bit of trouble getting traction to be honest though. |

not quite stock but pretty much
custom RAI msd superconductor wires autolite dbl plat plugs MGW short throw steeda adj clutch cable Saleen replica wheels, 18x9 245/45/18 18x10 275/45/18 (All Sumitomo HTZR2) H&R super sport springs KYB AGX struts/shocks Dynomax weld-in (PO did this) Mach 1 Grill Delete/Chin Tinted tails/windows Smoked headlights So yeah not really anything that makes a huge difference but i figured since it's a six i know its not fast in a straight line, might as well make it take the twisties real nice, and look alot better too. Pretty much the way I got it, minus the headlights, old ones were totally oxidized: ![]() New Wheels, Not lowered yet: ![]() As she sits now:

Doesn't matter what you drive down the track it is always fun! Every half second faster is a mile stone lol looks like some DR's will help out a lot, I would get some Nitto 555R's they hook better than a street tire and still last a long time for a DR. My 1st trip down the strip ever in anything I was in my stock GT back in the day and ran like a 10.4, nerves got the best of me. 2nd pass I ran a 9.4 and parked it because I didn't want to be "hard" on the car but now adays I drive my car REALLY hard and it just keeps on a tickin.
