Went to the local 1/8th mile track today and made it to the finals in the No Box class. Broke out by .021. A got treed a little which didn't help my cause. Been a rough racing season so far, hopefully this will help turn it around.

Quickest of the day (first run) was 8.40. My car seems to follow track temp so as the temp went up, the car slowed. By final round I was running 8.50 but a big cloud came through about 15 mins before final round and cooled the track by about 15 degrees (down to 125 from 140) and ran an 8.479 on 8.50.
