not bad for the first time out (it was the first time on the new motor wasn't it?).

I've been out a couple times on the new motor.

The clutch is finally working (broken in I guess) the way I need it to work.

I need to get my 60' times down another tenth.

looks good in the video, if you think theres another tenth in the 60' then an et in the fiftys should be right around the corner.

You know how when you have the perfect launch you just know it when it happens? I haven't felt that perfect launch yet with the new motor. I'm feeling just the slightest bog right now.

Thats some mighty good camera work :-) Atco is my track of choice. I've always gotten better than expected numbers there.

Nice run

Yeah, unfortunately I can't work the camera and drive the car at the same time - LOL!

I need to mount my camera on the passenger side head rest so I can get a nice view of me shifting like a madman.

Atco preps their track better than anywhere else I've ever been (Cecil, Maple Grove, Englishtown). The other thing they do is put cones up at the starting line when the "street tire" guys test to move them over at the start, so they don't phuck up the groove. Since I run drag radials it works out alot better for me.

I dyno'd at 451rwhp.

So the time is good but not really awesome.

BTW on Sunday I ran an 11.72 at 118.94MPH on what I considered a crappy launch (1.65 second 60'). The tires spun lightly all the way through 1st gear and my trap speed was 1MPH higher than normal. Maybe spinning is winning?
On my next run I did a 1.58 60' but only ran 11.77 - weird.

Lol, maybe spinning is winning. Maybe you just hit yours shifts better on the crappier 60 foot.
