Went rounds tonight.
Double entered the car in Modified and Street at Quaker City Motorsports Park. Lost first round in Mod. I've been testing a 2-step/line lock combo. Can't use a 2 step in street so I raced in Mod as a test. Made it to the semi's in Street. Car was pretty consistent all night. Finally starting to find my spot on the tree. Here are my runs:
13.28, 13.26, 13.29, 13.29, 13.29, 13.27, 13.24, 13.22. You can see when the cooler air started to come in. Edit: Forgot to mention this was on a diff that has been clunking and squealing. Hopefully the true trac will go in this week.

They were a little inconsistent. Best was .003. Worst was .098 to the other guys .029 and still beat him. Pushed him under by .07, I went under by.06. Found my spot on the tree by the end of the night. Hopefully I can remember it next weekend.

I've been struggling with the tree the last couple of weeks as well.
Until the last two weeks, I've been pretty consistently between a .520 and .540. The last two weeks I've had two .500 lights and three red lights. Obviously, .500 is cutting it way too close. Never really had a problem going red until lately. I'm not going to spend a lot of time trying to fix it because I'll have to completely relearn the car once the c4 goes in anyway. In any case, good job.

Mine? They vary depending on track and weather. Best was last October at the Halloween Classic in Norwalk, OH. It's the fastest track I race on and the weather was in the 40's. I was running 8.16 consistently. Typical (80 degrees) is in the 8.35 - 8.45 range.

Went rounds again Saturday and Sunday. This time I went rounds in Modified. Couldn't seem to catch a light in Street. Went 5 rounds in Modified and lost first round in Street on Saturday. Made it to the final 8 out of over 100 cars in the class. Went 3 rounds in Modified and 2 rounds in Street on Sunday.
2 weeks ago I hooked a switch to my line lock and 2 step and have been using that in Modified class to launch. My RT's are much better and more consistent that way.
