1/4 mile time
So my best all motor with the stock converter
is 13.2@103.8 1/8 8.49@82 anyone care to guess what i will run with a converter @3800 n/a and on the 90 shot mods are 4.30 gears bulllitt intake c&l intake Pipe canned tune rear control arms upper h pipe with flowmaster weld ins

It depends on how good the converter, and tires are. 12.30-12.50

274 40 17 in the front
245 4518 in the rear the rear tires are some generic firestone brand cost me 92 per tire i did manage a 1.8 60 ft on them

I would have a 12.6 n/a on streets if i could get a 1.8 60' I was close to a 12.7 on a 1.94. I heated up my stock pirelli tires a little 235/17 dropped the pressure to 18lbs the stock converter is my biggest hold up. I have drag radials but they need the higher stall converter.
12.9 with the converter and more if you have a set of dr's might get to see a 12.7 n/a and with a 90 shot might get you to 12.2 spinning a little as those 4.30s will hurt you unless you get 28" tires as shapeshifter says. GL |

Our basic rule of thumb is .3-.5 off your 1/4 mile time w\ a 3600+ stall. This assumes a well prepped track, GOOD DRIVER, and either a sticky drag radial or slick. Without the tire, you will be spinning and actually run a bit slower in some cases!

Is that based off of switching from a stock converter? What about switching from a manual to an auto?

stick to auto swaps can go either way depending on how screwed up the car/driver were with the stick. generall speaking though the higher the h/p the more you'll gain with the auto swap.

For reference, I'm running bolt on power (probably 250-255 rwhp) through a 5-speed and have run a best of 8.26 @ 83.06 mph. I'm switching to a c4 with a brake and a 4200 stall.
