Houston NMRA 2011
I went and competed in the Open Comp class at the Houston event last weekend. Had one hell of a good time. Car done great. Ripped off an 11.19 @ 122mph first hit off the trailer
 . All motor pass, Was very happy with those results. Didn't have a jacket, had a friend pick one up for me on his way to the track. Thanks Derrick!!! Ended up being eliminated first round. Got put on the trailer by Heritage Propane sponsored Mustang driven by Jack Roush's Daughter Susan. First class lady and race team. Its just hard to compete against a million dollar race team when your just a peon like me. Will be looking forward to next year, may make a few more events, will have to see how my bank account is doing first. Entry fees are astronomical, $160 bucks for the weekend.

Wish I could have made it this year! Entry fees are getting a little crazy...it's starting to limit me to one event a year lol

Thats my little Orange Coupe behind Nitro Nick. Guy was funny as shit to watch as he was trying to record that little skit. I was in the car for nearly an hour due to 4 oil downs back to back and he was almost trying to record it the entire time.
