Prepping for first Drag run


I am getting ready to go down the strip for the first time this coming summer.
235/60/15
So I just paid $50 for this pair of BFGoodrich drag radials:

Buddie had those on his Fox, they hooked pretty good. Dont break an axle!

I ran some way more worn than those and they hooked pretty good, paid about the same for them used also. +1 to be carefull on stock axles

does your car still have the stock 2.73's? (at least i think that's what they came with stock)

either way i think you'll like those tires...my friend uses them on his fox

That's a good price but why not something bigger than a 235 if you don't mind me asking.

I have 3.08 gears stock.

With my mostly stock power output I really don't need any wider tire than the 235s. But I have a free set coming my way sometime soon that are 275s.
