I've seen him on the registry before. He's gotten even closer to the 10's since this video. Last I saw was a 11.2x. Isn't the engine still the factory long block?
That car, and driver, is amazing to me.

He has been over on the M1R for several years and is a good guy. He was always willing to answer questions. That is a good track for low times as well.

Off topic, but....I troll around at 'the registry' and I can not find a pic or multimedia section. I personally think the Mach1 is the best looking Ford yet (just my opinion of course) so I'm always looking for pics.
Does the registry have a section like this, and I'm just retarded and looking in the wrong places? Or do I have to become a member? I know that some forums don't show all the sections to visitors and you have to sign up to see it all.

Yea I had a Mach1 and those cars are so freaking impressive! Mine would run mid 12's with exhaust and intake with a little weight reduction
I would run a Mach1 against any LS1 any day, Mach1 motor is also under rated, when I was at the registry, some guy took his 4.6 out and put in a 5.4 with blower on it.... he decided to dyno the Mach engine and it said 330hp

sniff sniff.... i smell busllshit.
lets not even go into to the underated thing (total bs). a bolt on mach 1...? in the 10's - thats complete horse manuer, hes got a secret shot or a built motor, or head work and cams and an ungodly suspension I mean with a complete trick suspension I could possibly see high 11's on full slicks and skinnies with some weight reduction, but 10's.... somebody is a liar or an idiot |

so when you say "bolt ons" and about to run 10's .. you're talking full suspension, built rear end, heads, cams, and a stroker kit right ?

11.39... its not bone stock, and how gutted is it? thats just damn close to unbelievable, i need to know more about the car... unless this thing has been completely shelled out (and every bolt on under the sun, i mean ignition, suspension everything - and maybe still cams and wicked ass tune)

Join the Mach 1 Registry and talk to them about it. The engine is the factory long block. This means from the bottom of the oil pan to the top of the intake. He does have a ton of bolt ons and is nearly completely gutted. I forget what he said it weighs but it's deff. light. A full drag race suspension has also been BOLTED on... Stock long block, drag suspension, weight reduction, and a great driver... That's the story on this car.

MeZ has got it right. Bolt on doesnt impress me. You can "bolt on" ANYTHING!!!!!!!!! Blowers, nitrous, heads w/ serious port work, fat headers, aluminum flywheel, racing tranny, rear end gears and on and on...... THEY ALL "BOLT ON". I saw street driven cars at World Ford Challenge this year running 9's on the 1/4 mile and im sure all of their stuff was "bolted on" LOL!!!!!!

"03AV8R's 2003 Mach 1 11.39 @ 118mph N/A with all bolts on's. - BONESTOCK -" Bonestock is a misleading term, but it does say all bolt-ons before that. And i assume by all bolt-ons he means absolutely everything other then boost and nitrous. Besides, its obvious that thing isn't bone stock from the factory so it doesn't really matter. (Now that I'm lookin at it, the person that posted the video is named "Bonestock1", so that might just be his signature after the all bolt on's part )
Anyways, thats crazy impressive, makes me proud to drive a mach
