what tires are yu running? if your running stock, id say probably not any more than 200 rpms, you might go a little higher and modulate the clutch to get the power to the ground. heis car is going to be faster stock, so dont hink your driving is crap. stock v6 run high 15 and that rsx should run a low 15

i agree. with my old v6 i launched between 1600& 1800 depending on street and 2k-2400 on the strip. depending on tires and conditions. if i remember right i shifted around 5200 dependin on weather and what gear i was in.

on average when racing i shift at about 6k rpms sometimes lower but i try not to go higher. its red for a reason lol. but i launched on yokohama tires today at 2.5k rpms and it was a decent launch. burned a little bit of rubber but not much

I agree with everyone go with about 2000 much more than that you will spin. Make sure you get a good burn out too if I launch and my tires are cold I just sit and spin at idle rpm's

when i had nittos on the car, i launched arround 3800 rpm.. with m/t radials on the car, i launch at 4500 rpm, and hold on. i drop the tire pressure to 12-14 psi depending on the weather..
