oh, and for advise- since you'll be on slicks it will be even more important to remember if your car starts to wheelhop, try to let off the throttle real quick and then get back on it instead of trying to power through it.

Do a decent burnout. If it's a stick car, you should be able to dump the clutch at 5K rpms but I'm not sure you're axle will handle that.
If it's auto, feet on brake and gas until the fronts are barely holding it. On green, remove brake and floor gas. I don't think you're going to have to worry about any spinning or wheel hop with cheaters on. |

Wheel hop wont be an issue with the tall side wall IMO.
But get them nice and warm, and then launch at about 4500-5000 and hold on.

So basically do a good burnout, line up, rev up to 4500 rpm and just dump the clutch?

i'd say just dumping the clutch would be too risky, unless u have another car for a daily driver. if the stang is your only car, slip the clutch some on launch instead of dumping it right away.

I dump the clutch at 5k but I have an 06 with 31 spline axles, they will hold a lot more then yours which probably has 28 spline axles. So, slipping the clutch might not be a bad idea.

run em at 15 psi, do a good burnout till they smoke. line up, and launch at whatever your comfortable launching at. your not gonna start going fast untill you launch it hard. id suggest 5000 or so and hope your axles hold up

Don't forget a bag of Oil-Dry compound and a broom. They may let you come back if you clean up your own mess
