Video from this past weekend

I did a little test and tune running on friday. After a few runs I decided to take my neighbor for a trip down the track. He's 15 and getting into cars so he loves it. I raced an early 2000's Camaro. I don't know much about it other than it had a lopey idle and sounded mean. It has 20's on it so that is probably why he never shows up in the video. I ran a 13.18 he ran a 13.8 something.

20"s on a Camaro

The only thing that could have made a loss any better is if the car burst into flames (with no one in it or near it of course)

Cool vid. I bet your neighbor was in heaven. He's probably STILL talking about it too all his budies. Right now you have the fastest car in the world!

I think that's very cool of you to get him involved with you. You never know, you may have got him hooked on our hobby and perhaps changed his life forever. I think that so many of the problems that our youth have today is because they have nothing better to do to keep them busy.

Thanks, his dad works midnights so he doesn't get to spend a lot of time with him. I made a deal with him that if he mows my grass I'll take him racing and pay for his admission to the track. We also have an agrrement that if he gets grounded by his parents for any reason that he can't go racing with me. Funny how he always seems to be grounded in the winter but not in the summer.

lol, I had to go to a calling hours before going to the track that day so I had my phone on vibrate, it startled me when it started vibrating, I thought something was wrong with the car.
