I Drove a Dragster....
The wife bought me a gift certificate for christmas to go to Doug Fooley's Drag racing school. I finally got to redeem it this past Monday in ATCO. We drove little 180" wheel base dragsters. They only had SBC, but it didnt hold that against them...lol...406, with 456 or so gearing....The instructor took a test lap to show us the procedures and he went 9:79@132mph...I was thinking this will be aight....
We could only go to 330' the first pass Then we went to 1/8 mile second pass Full quarter on last pass Could of bought another pass for 150 bucks, but opted not to....wish I had now though The car went 1.34x 60' all three passes.....  Not sure of 330'times but 1/8 and 1/4 mile passes it 6.22 and 6.24 at 106 and 105mph..... Quarter mile pass I let out before the finish, she rode a little high on the grove and she started drifting towards the wall...... ol well.. it went 10.06@124mph.......I was in the 9 for the first time and got out of it....   It was fun never the less...i want to get my physical and move up to the alky's..they went 8.5x @ 15x...... I recommend everyone trying it atleast once

na, its fine without a video, but it would be alot better with one of course. its not that easy for some people to get good vid's of things, including me.

I checked with the wifey. She said she got pictures but no video. The camera was full of wedding day photos she didnt wanna erase and there wasnt enough space for the video without erasign pictures..... Ill get some of the photos up though....
