Milan Test and Tune
i am thinking about going to this the 15th. it says they open at 4. so does this mean i can run my car as many times as possible until they close?

yep you can run as much as you want.
get there early and usually there won't be many cars and you can get a bunch of runs in. i got to the local dragstrip early (right when they "open" to run cars) and i ran 8 times and could have ran more.
