went to Milan Dragway in Milan Michigan. its an alright track but the weather was not the best. no body could hook after 6:30

my first run was

1/4 E/T 14.22
1/4 mph 101.37

second run which was my best was

60' 2.23
1/8 9.17
1/8 mph 79.38
1/4 ET 14.03
1/4 mph 102.25


my worst was a 14.9 but that was because my dials stopped working. speed wouldn't go past 0, fuel went to full, mileage showed -----. and the tach had to of been off and that was my last run of the night at 9:07

i kept it constant at around 14.3-14.5 but that was with it running right after another. i got 5 passes in 45 minutes.

second to last run of the night was at 8:53 and i ran a 14.29@102.29 w/ a 2.29 60'



this was my first pass which was 14.22@101. was against an evo that ran a 13.6@108

my best was not recorded but it was against an audi that went 13.8@95

here is against a s197 GT. i missed 3rd and ended up with a 14.5@100 and she got a 14.3@96

and everyone there was really nice. i was talking to a guy with a regal and he was trying to break into the 13s as well but his fastest was a 14.1. we were lined up next to each other for a bit before the staging and he was like, does that have a s/c? i said yeah, he said oh ive never heard a centri before. so then we got to talking and he was like oh yeah you can use my helmet. so he let me use it for the night. he was very cool. he was there with his friend who had a 94 5.0 with a 100 shot

oh and i lined up with a SRT8 challenger. bone stock and he ran a 13.8

there was also a SRT8 challenger that ran a 12.1@117? and that was his first pass. they didn't even make him put on a helmet. i was talking to him and he is an engineer for chrysler. he had a procharger on it and thats it.

there was a goat that went 12.6 with a procharger and cams.

this guy from toledo, ive seen him around, has an SRT-4 and he is trying to break the fastest 1/4 with the stock turbo which is 11.3x and he ran a 11.48

Nothing quite like blasting down the 1/4..

dang that time for that blown, cammed gto sucks!!! there was a cammed, blown one at my local eighth mile track and he ran 7 flat.

btw, is the eighth mile time for your first run correct??? if so, then that is easily good for a high/mid thirteen. and so is your mph. i ran 9.156 at 77 so 79 should be good for high eights in eighth. and it will take time but you should most definitely be a thirteen second car...considering a stock edge gt will run a low 14 with more than 40 less to the wheels.

also, your 1/4th mile trap is good for 13's. and i just noticed that the 14 flat run was with a 2.2 60' ft. get that down to a 2.0 or even a 2.1 and you are in the 13's for sure.

and yeah the times are correct as far as i know. with a little more track time i can get it into the 13s no problem
