Depends on how much weight you have removed.Since you already have ulca's get it lowered and you should beable to cut a mid 1.9.But try unhooking your front sway bar at the track(just the end links) and you should see alot better weight transfer and get really close to your 1.7 goal. Also i hope you have sub-frame connectors because if you mess around to much you might tweak your frame without them.

yeah I have subframe connectors and about 200lbs removed from my car. How low should my car sit? I thought lower was worse for launching.

It helps with your center of gravity. And that really depends on the type of car if it effects it in a pos/neg manner.

Unless you can launch VERY hard you will not see 1.7s.... I launched off the rev limiter with slicks and have pretty much the same stuff as you and cut a 1.81 60 foot. With 17 ich drag radials on my old car I cut a 1.87 and ran 13.0. The slicks slowed me down a little bit too. When I get home ill fix my videos and show you how that launch looked. I spun a tad bit too though.

OK, next year when I go to the track, my goal will be 1.8 before I add too much. I will have a chunk of suspension work done, I hope I can do it.

Alot of it has to do in the way you utilize riding your clutch. In my 03 gt i cut consistant 1.9 60' on a real hot track. Heck just the other day i cut a 1.73 60' in my 02 ss on firestone wide ovals!
