Up for sale is a T45 Transmission that was removed from a 96 GT that I used on my 98 GT.. not sure on mileage, but not over 70k.. The tranny is in great condition and worked wonders when it was in my 98.. Wanted to put it on my 2000 but it would not work.

it will but it requires modification..... the 99+ speed sensor is digital where as the 96-98's were analog or gear driven......

yes u';d just need to swap the sensor..... it's a simple splice i beleive

I have 2 of these as well should anyone else need them, dont want to thread jack but my thread count isnt high enough. the 2 i have are t45 and if you put them in a 99 or newer you will need to change out speed sensor set up.

You still have the T-45 for sale? Is there anything at all wrong with this? Any noise? Grinding? Shifts smooth? Notchy? I really need a good tranny to get me back and forth to school in the fall. Would you take $350 shipped to 06010? I can send paypal right now.

just for future refrence for one woundering. its the bolts for the rear tail housing and one snap ring to replace the gear drive for a magnetic. 30 minite swap that cen be performed with tranny still under car.

How does the t45 compare to the T5Z? I need a good 5 speed that will hold up to 300+.
