You don't have a t5. They quit putting them behind v8's in 95. Usually, if you have a noise when you push the clutch, it is a throw out bearing, and a input shaft bearing if it is making noise when you release the clutch. Either way, it is one or the other more than likely. You will have to open the trans for the input bearing. Take it to a "REPUTABLE" shop and they usually will take it for a spin and tell you what it is for free.
