4.10 Ford Racing Gears

Ok im am new to this site and new to putting mods in my mustang. I was not sure when buying gears which kind do i want for a 2004 v6 mustang. I was not sure what kind will be able to put in mine or which would be better. I seen 4.10 - 8.8" REAR AXLE and also 7.5". Please let me know thanks!
