Join Date: Oct 2006 Posts: 1	87 Ford Mustang, Replaced clutch fork cable. were do i ajust I have a 87 Ford Mustang, recently the clutch fork cable broke it’s about 2 inches long and i replaced it. now peddle is all the way at top no play. How do i adjust it so that my clutch wont start to slip? I cannot find the clutch adjustment. Can anyone help?

TENGRAM Hardcore Enthusiast Join Date: Jun 2006 Posts: 1,027	if you're still using the stock cable...SOL. if you have an aftermarket cable the adjustment is made at the clutch fork end of the cable, just loosen the nut(s) and retighten them further back on the cable. __________________ 89 GT t5 3.73 www.my5oh.com/

96gt Newbie Join Date: Oct 2006 Location: Temple, TX Posts: 21	i would suggest gettin a upr adjustable cable and new quadurant. Cause one day the stock one will leave you stranded. It happend to me. And if you ever plan on getting a heavy duty clutch you need a heavier duty cable and quadurant anyways.
