Any experience with this? Improper install can cause whining at best most likely worse.

Also you have to have the right tools and it can get expensive..It all depends on how much they want to charge you in your area versus doing it yourself. Its not really hard just time consuming and using specific tools

it will probably cost around 300-400 bucks to install the gears,you should get an installation kit($100) too
