Low Battery Light. New Alternator, New Battery
I had a bad alternator that wouldn't hold charge, and caused my battery to drain. I replaced both, and cleaned the wires, but my low battery light keeps coming on and off.
The new alternator is running fine. I disconnected the battery while the car was running and it didn't shut down. I also had the battery tested and dude at the auto parts store said it was fine. I really have no idea what's going on here. Any help would be just excellent. |

Confirm your alternator is putting out adequate voltage when the light comes on by putting a volt meter between the battery terminals. It could possibly be a bad alternator especially if its a cheaper rebuilt unit.
