Tail Lights Are Gone

Ok... Few days ago my tail lights when out. Still have turn signals and brake lights. And I still have my parking lights up front. I've checked the fuses and found nothing. I've been told to replace the switch, but I thought I'd check and see if anyone else had this problem.

I don't know. How can I tell? I'm lost when it comes to anything electrical.

just remove the bulbs and check them that way....just involves removing the tails...

+1, but it would be weird if all of them burned out at the same time. check the bulbs and while you have them out check the wires assuming that you are saying that all of them burned out.

Maybe a bad wire.

Bulbs are fine. But my parking lights are out too. It was hard to tell during the day light. Double checked the fuses, they're still fine. So it's gotta be either a bad wire, or the switch is going bad.

if the fuses are fine its gotta be the switch. get a multimeter and check for continuity and current

i had that problem before...just took it apart and rewired it..
