Horn and cruise not working

The horn and the cruise control just quite working on my '90 LX 2.3L. Is it a fuse? If so which one. The last owner lost the cover to the fuse box so I have no idea which is which.

it could also be your clockspring if your car is equipped with it. I cant remember if it does or not. a way you can tell is if you have air bags in the car the air bag light will blink first 3x, a pause, then 2x.

I was thinking it could be a clockspring because the same thing happened to my parents 2003 Intrepid and it was the clockspring.

I do have airbags. The light flashes a lot. But since all of this happened I haven't seen it flash as much.

i have to say clockspring too. Had the same thing happen to my Tempo

Any one have an idea of how much those cost to get put in.

couldnt tell you, just call around your local shops. its really not a hard job at all.

it would be real simple to put it in, finding one however, might be more of a challenge

I'm going to a Ford Junk yard tomorrow to see if I can find one and how much it would be for them to put it in.
